FLS Portal Access
The Request Portal Access feature allows you to ask for access to the customer portal.
Once you submit your request, it is sent to our team for review.
- Submitting the form does not automatically create an account.
- Our team will review your request and set up your account manually
- Once your account is ready, you will receive an Account Activation email
- Activating Your Account
- Click the Activate Account button in the email
- The link is valid for 2 days
- You will be redirected to a page where you can set your password
- Once your password is set, your account will be activated.
- Login into the portal using Sign In option which is from the Home page

Sign In
In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your portal account.
In the Password field, enter your password.
(Optional) Check Remember me if you want the portal to remember your login on this device.
Review the Terms & Conditions and Check the box I have read and accept the terms & conditions.
Click the Sign In button to access your account.
Forget Password
If you can’t remember your password :
- Click the “Forgot password?” link
- A pop-up window will appear
- Enter your registered email address
- Click “Send Email”
- You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

My Account
Under My Account section we have details like
Billing and Shipping Addresses - This is customers billing and shipping addresses where you can also change the addresses you are mapped.
My Wishlist (Favorite's) - Add FLS products to your Wishlist and never lose track of what you want.
We can add the products directly for "Request A Quote"
The pricing details will get updated automatically when where is a change in product prices.
Change Customer - If Dealers have more then one customer we can change here with proper billing and shipping addresses.
Change Password - Under Account Settings you can find the profile details with change password option.
Sign-out - Helps to logout from the portal.

Configurator's
We have 3 different sections of questionnaire's like PUMP, CYCLONE and VALVES
To help us identify the most suitable Valve, Pump, or Cyclone for your application, our website provides three dedicated Configurators (CFG). These forms allow you to submit key technical and application details so FLS can recommend the best solution for your needs.
Important:
Access to specific product lines and configurators is determined by your agreement with FLS. You will only see the products and CFGs available to your account.
Full Questionnaires
Submitting Your Request
Complete the Configurator form with as much information as available.
Click “Request a Quote”.
A confirmation message will appear on the screen.
Your submission will be sent directly to an FLS representative, who will review your request and follow up with you.
If you have additional details to share or would like to complete the full technical questionnaire, each Configurator includes a download link for the corresponding Valve, Pump, or Cyclone questionnaire. You can find the link in the text: "To view or download a complete version of the cyclone questionnaire, please click here."
